ACTIVATED CARBON FILTERS
Our fabricated carbon filter has been specifically designed to meet all customer requirements. Designed and fabricated to ASME V111 Div.1 as standard but can also be supplied to other pressure vessel codes – i.e. ASME B31.3 etc. We are also able to manufacture against customer requests in all types of sizes and materials.
CARTRIDGE FILTERS “FBCH” & “FBCV”
Our fabricated cartridge filter has been specifically designed to meet all customer requirements including for high pressure applications. Designed and fabricated to ASME V111 Div.1 as standard but can also be supplied to other pressure vessel codes – i.e. ASME B31.3 etc. Standard features include low pressure drops at high velocities; stainless steel perforated baskets as standard; vents and drains with the possibility to supply Davit lifts; quick open closures, DP gauges. We are also able to manufacture against customer requests in all types of sizes and materials.
CAST STEEL BASKET FILTERS “FBC”
Designed to ASME B16.34 the strainer bodies are produced with a superior wall thickness for corrosion allowance. Standard strainers are equipped with screens for the average service of most mediums (steam, gas, air, oil, chemicals etc). The large screen open area ensures an efficient filtering action with a low pressure drop. Filtering area to inlet area ratio is larger than 3:1. Screens are manufactured with perforated plate in the materials and with the perforation specified in the relevant tables. Different filtration or materials are available on request.
DUPLEX BASKET FILTERS “FBD”
Our fabricated duplex basket strainers have been specifically designed to meet all customer requirements including for high pressure applications. Designed and fabricated to ASME V111 Div.1 as standard but can also be supplied to other pressure vessel codes – i.e. ASME B31.3 etc. Standard features include low pressure drops at high velocities; stainless steel perforated baskets as standard; vents and drains with the possibility to supply Davit lifts; quick open closures, DP gauges. We are also able to manufacture against customer requests in all types of sizes and materials. In addition to all features of a simplex filter, a duplex filter will have the additional advantage to allow maintenance without interrupting the process flow.

Simplex filters are a simple and efficient system to protect vital plant equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, flowmeters etc.
